    Join MH Wozniak CPA and Waukegan Main Street in celebrating Earth Day by cleaning up the Amstutz Expressway! Meet at North Shore Printers - the very south end of the Amstutz - to get gloves, safety vests, bags, and instructions. This is a great community service event for teens and adults. Lunch will be provided after clean up is complete. Mark your calendars for the other clean up dates, too: June 24th, August 26th, October 14.

  3. Human Condition Art Show

    All living things have one thing in common: mortality. “Human Condition”, curated from the Richard Harris Art Collection, explores the ways different backgrounds, cultures and religions cope with mortality. Original works by Rembrandt, Toulouse-Lautrec, van Ultrect, Jasper Johns, Marcos Raya, and Robert Mapplethorpe are among the museum quality pieces on display at Urban Edge Gallery in downtown Waukegan.

  4. GreenTown Waukegan: Greens 101

    The Waukegan Fire Department takes on the Gurnee Fire Department in a hockey match to benefit Habitat for Humanity Lake County. Advanced tickets are on sale at the Waukegan Park District Field House and Belvidere Recreation Center.

  6. God of Carnage

    April 22, 8:00 PM - 10:30 PM @ Three Brothers Theatre 221

    God of Carnage by Yazmina Reza and directed by Erik Wagner revolves around two sets of parents, one of whose child has hurt the other, who meet to discuss the matter in a civilized manner. However, as the evening goes on, the parents become increasingly childish, resulting in the evening devolving into chaos. God of Carnage will take place at Three Brothers' new space at 221 N. Genesee Street.
