    Enjoy good food, fun and fellowship with family, friends and neighbors at Waukegan First United Methodist Church’s Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser Saturday, Oct. 20, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The church is located at 128 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. For a $10 donation at the door (children under 7 free), you’ll be treated to a breakfast of pancakes, sausage and beverages.     YWCA Lake County has joined Mothers Against Wrongful Convictions, Moms Demand Action and Lake County NAMI for the annual Youth Justice Summit and Campaign for Youth Justice. This year's discussion includes: School Discipline (Restorative Justice Practices), Youth Mental Illness, Electronic Monitoring, Violence Prevention, and Sanctuary Schools (immigration). Keynote speaker is Chaplain George Moore, Jr., Legacy ReEntry Foundation. Breakout sessions for 13 year olds and older.
