The Development Commission
serves as both the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Plan Commission.
The Development Commission is an advisory body, forwarding all
recommendations on applications it reviews to the City Council.
The City Council makes the final decision whether to grant approval
on an application brought before them by the Development Commission.
All Development Commission meetings are scheduled on the second
Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers. |
