The purpose of the Neighborhood Stabilization
Commission is to assist property owners who return residential
properties that were constructed as single-family homes and later
converted to multi-unit properties to their original intended
use as single-family homes, thereby increasing the stability
of the neighborhood by returning it to its original character.
