PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE REPORT
- Waive the Bid process to purchase a 2012 Ford F-250 with plow under the State and /or the Municipal Conference Bid pricing for a total cost of $35,183.00 and to allowed to outfit the vehicle through Chicago Communications for the purchase and installation of radio equipment for a total cost not to exceed $1,575.00 and Havey Communications for the installation of emergency lights and siren for a total cost not to exceed $2,729.70. The emergency vehicle will be purchased with Capital Improvement Bond Funds for a total cost not to exceed $39,487.70. The Bond cost center line item will be 307-1307-26392.
- Accept the proposed Ordinance allowing the Mayor to execute the “Mutual Aid” agreement with the Village of Gurnee and enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement for an Automatic Response Area with the Village of Gurnee.
JUDICIARY COMMITTEE REPORT
- Draft an ordinance for Zoning Calendar #2255 for the Conditional Use Permit for a Laundromat located at 1700 N. Lewis Avenue.
- Draft an ordinance for Zoning Calendar #2356, Text Amendment to Subdivision Ordinance to allow Administrative Review and approve of Minor Subdivision.
- Draft an ordinance approval of Highway Authority Agreement and addendum located at 1343 S. Lewis Avenue.
PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT
- Approve the Amendment to the 2009 Agreement with Lake County in regards to the Delany Road Water Main Relocation.
