In accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the Chief of Police, this will be made available to all parties desiring to bid. Bids will be opened at City Hall in the Clerk's Office, 100 N. M. L. King Jr. Ave., and scheduled for 1:00 p.m. CST November 15, 2017.

 

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the bidder and the words:

Bids shall be addressed to Janet Kilkelly City Clerk, City of Waukegan 100 N. M. L. King Jr. Ave., Waukegan, Illinois 60085-4316 and shall be in her hands before 1:00 p.m. November 15, 2017.

 

Bids shall be accompanied by a completed, notarized application form and submitted on the enclosed proposal form.

 

Any questions regarding the actual bid should be directed to Deputy Chief Keith Zupec, (847) 599-2553. Bid packets can be obtained from the Police Department, 101 N. West St. Waukegan IL. 60085, (847)599-2608, or online via the City of Waukegan's website at www.waukeganil.gov.

 

Each bidder, by making a bid to furnish the aforementioned, signifies their intention and good faith to enter into a contract with the City of Waukegan should they be awarded the bid.

 

The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to make an award on those bids which in its opinion are the most advantageous to the City of Waukegan.
