Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report
(CAPER) Program Year 2008.
May 1, 2008 through April 30, 2009
The Waukegan Community Development Block Grant will host
a public hearing on Thursday, July 9, 2009 at 4:00 p.m., in the
City Hall Council Chambers, located at 100 N. Martin Luther
King, Jr. Avenue. The purpose of the hearing is to present
Waukegan’s Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation
Report (CAPER) for Program Year 2008. The CAPER lays out
the activities that were undertaken with Federal dollars over
the past fiscal year. The activities include housing, economic
development, public services, public facilities and general
administration. Also, the CAPER will be on display at the
Waukegan Public Library and Waukegan Community Block
Grant Office and the Waukegan CDBG’s web site starting
Friday, July 10, 2009 through Friday, July 24, 2009. Citizen’s
comments are welcome.
