Welcome to the Office of the City Collector. I
am Sharon Barnes City Collector for the City of Waukegan. The
Collectors Office is responsible for the collection of all revenues
for the City. The Collectors Office administers programs that
include business licensing, liquor licensing, vehicle licensing,
pet licensing and water billing.
We’re taking care of business by making it
as easy as possible to obtain your Business License, pay your
Water Bill, or purchase your Pet License or Vehicle Sticker License.
