The Council of the City of Waukegan met in regular session on Monday, January 4, 2010 at 7:00P.M. In the City Council Chambers, City Hall 100 North Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue. Mayor Sabonjian, City Clerk, City Treasurer, John Schwab, Wayne Motley, and Corporation Counsel Newton Finn were present.

2. Indicated that Waukegan was selected by Armanetti Beverage Mart as a possible site for a liquor distributor due to what they feel is a need in the market for a facility such as theirs. The North Lewis Plaza is a great location, the heavy traffic pattern and the large parking lot fits their needs. |
