COMMUNICATIONS:
17. Corporation Counsel, Newton Finn commented on the stolen gun that was sold at the Smoke and Gun firearms store. He discussed the drafting of a Local Hiring Ordinance. Mr. Finn spoke regarding the possible drafting of an ordinance that provides overlay zones in the city, a foreclosure plan, and adding additional language to the Rodeo Ordinance.

21. Alderman Needham indicated that there would be no net gain by allowing a Class W liquor license, there is no win for any one. He said that he has spoken to several police officers, they advised him that a new liquor license in the plaza area was not good for the neighborhood.
