The Council of the City of Waukegan met in regular session on Monday, March 2, 2009 at 8:01P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall 100 North Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue. Mayor Hyde, City Clerk, Wayne Motley, and Corporation Counsel, Brian Grach were present.

1. Explained the reason for the boil order, equipment failure contacted E.P.A., water is safe but wanted to issue a boil order just to be sure there was not a problem. Chief Biang had a problem with AT&T that it took them 18 hrs to do the whole city.
