19. Thanked Ms. Anderson who spoke before the city council about her concerns at the last council meeting. He also, thanked the City Council for taking the time to listen to the citizens concerns. There is a project being done in the 1st ward by Campanella Construction, he is concerned because there are no African Americans working on that project. We need to start giving some of these jobs to the minority community in the city so they can stay out of trouble.

29. Commended the Mayor for his communication. A Planning and Development Commission was created. It was wrong to give parking tickets to the residents who parked on the streets due to the snowfall, there wasn’t anywhere to park.

30. I would like to commend the Fire Department on a job well done with the explosion. We only commend people when there is a crisis, what about when there isn’t a crisis? He can’t believe how the city has moved on with the annexation of orchard hills.
