The Council of the City of Waukegan met in regular session on Monday May 1, 2006 at 8:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall 100 North Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue.  Mayor Hyde, City Clerk Wayne Motley & Corporation Counsel Brian Grach were present.  City Treasurer Pat Dutcher was absent.
