AUDIENCE TIME:

24. Construction contracts for the youth are in the best interest of the City, State and Federal Organizations. They should be held accountable for their actions. Where are all the youth that were supposed to be trained by the unions, our youth are not receiving the job training they are supposed to.

Mayor Sabonjian

25. Red light cameras, stopping times are not consistent. How much time is required for a full stop? Police Department says “a full stop” is the only requirement.

Thanked Chief Yancey and entire Police Department for his efforts as they attempted to capture a known criminal.  Thanked Brother Joe for is communication during this incident.  Red Light (Red Speed) penalty phase is still in committee, we need to reevaluate the $100.00 penalty if the fine is not paid in time it should be reduced to $30.00 we are trying to bring people into compliance.  They appear to suck the money out of poor communities.
