The Council of the City of Waukegan met in regular session on Monday, June 15, 2009 at 8:00P.M. In the City Council Chambers, City Hall 100 North Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue.  Mayor Sabonjian, City Clerk, Wayne Motley, John Schwab, City Treasurer and Corporation Counsel, Newton Finn were present.
