32. Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads. Something that should be placed into the Public Safety Committee, Dogs should be required to be placed inside a fence. We need to look into this. Chief Biang advised, that the City is working on this ordinance. Would like to know if cars with Wisconsin plates require insurance? (Wisconsin doesn’t require insurance, therefore, vehicles from Wisconsin without insurance cannot be towed, responded Chief Biang) Trucks parking in residential areas, we need to get aggressive with this and ticket them.
