The Council of the City of Waukegan met in regular session on Monday August 7, 2006 at 8:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall 100 North Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue.  Mayor Hyde, Deputy Clerk, Maria Bedolla,, and Corporation Counsel, Brian Grach, were present.
