The Council of the City of Waukegan met in regular session on Monday, August 17, 2009 at 7:09P.M. In the City Council Chambers, City Hall 100 North Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue.  Mayor Sabonjian, City Clerk, Wayne Motley, John Schwab, City Treasurer and  Corporation Counsel Newton Finn were present.

1. A 3 a.m. license will be a 90 day trial period to review effects police calls, drunk drivers, ect. Motor event is in the early planning stages. We will have Public Hearing to discuss this matter as the planning proceeds.

We need to draft an ordinance to force developers to hire local workers.
