ALDERMEN’STIME cont.: 33. Thanked Teddy Anderson for her efforts
during the Downtown Holiday Fest. Vehicles parked improperly city cannot plow
streets effectively. Do not park on
both sides of the street. Garbage cans were not emptied during the heavy
snow. Towing Ordinance could have been
prevented. Upset this weekend with
some of the comments he heard regarding the Towing Ordinance. Judgment could
have been prevented. We must use better judgment. |

address citizen’s complaints in hopes that they will resolve the problem. 12”
snow fall shows us that we had difficulties with parking during that
time. I would like the City Council to
look into the possibility of eliminating parking on the streets so that the
Police, Fire and Public Works can do their job. |

issue. City had worked hard to keep
the tax rate down thanked Don Schultz for his efforts. Park District and
school districts taxes continue to go up.

three for Building Department efforts to help needy for Christmas. Some people just do not have anything so
