Pet Licensing
All cats and dogs are required to be licensed by the City of
Waukegan. To obtain a pet license, a current rabies immunization
certificate must be presented with the completed license application
form for each animal. The cost for the animal license is $10.00
for neutered pets and $15.00 for non-neutered pets annually and
may be purchased from the Collector's Office.
