Motion to recommend that the City Council authorize the proper City Officials permission for the
payment of the invoice for membership with SWALCO for an amount not to exceed $29,192.00.
Funds for this have been budgeted in line item 100 712824460.

B. Request permission to approve Change Order #1 for Northern Divers USA.
Motion to recommend that the City Council authorize the proper City Officials permission to
approve Change Order #1 for Northern Divers USA to complete the cleaning process at the Water
Filtration Plant for an amount not to exceed $75,000.00. Funds for this are available in line item
555 9160 27018.

C. Request permission to extend the current Mosquito Abatement Contract.
Motion to recommend that the City Council authorize the proper City Officials permission to
Extend the current Mosquito Abatement Contract with Clark Environmental for an amount not to
Exceed $64,000.00. Funds are available in line item 100 910624425.

D. Request permission to approve the Motor Fuel Tax Resolution for Material purchases.

The bid opening for a portion of the commodities was May 1, 2012. Please find attached a list of highlighted in bold low qualified Bidders
Therefore my recommendation would be to award the Copperhorns and Fire Hydrants as presented to the respective low qualified bidders.
