Water Billing
The Collections office is responsible for the issuance of water
bills and the collection of the revenue for those bills. The
office is also responsible for applications for new service,
scheduling of final readings and turn on of service.

Automatic Bank Payment
Automatic Bank Ach Payment is a free service provided by the
City of Waukegan. This program lets you pay your utility water
bill directly through your checking or savings account. The program
deducts the invoice amount from your account on the due date.
You no longer have to worry about receiving a late charge or
about your check getting lost in the mail.
