Waukegan Emergency Management (E.S.D.A.)

Emergency Service and Disaster Agency is a State-County accredited organization this is responsible for the coordination of all city departments in time of need due to natural or man made disasters, nuclear or biological attack or peace time emergencies. The agency maintains overall responsibility for all emergency plans for the City of Waukegan, for public education record keeping warning siren maintenance and testing.
